This 100% organic multi-purpose balm, is the balm to keep with you at all times. Very rich in Calendula, thus well reowned for its anti-inflammatory benefits, plus the damask rose oil, which is one of the oldest rose strains in the world, known for its regenerative and antioxidant properties.
This potent balm is the perfect solution to calm sore, irritated skin, and prevent redness, and that includes sore nipples during breastfeeding and baby's nappy rash

How to use:
Massage as often as needed to soothe, moisturise and protect.
As with all oil-based Inlight products, this product is highly concentrated and a little does go a long way. Any excess may be gently removed with organic cotton wool, and it is preferable to avoid immediate contact with clothing after application, as some ingredients in the product may cause staining.
When breast-feeding
Gently massage a tiny amount of product onto the nipple area post feed. 
Calendula & Damask Rose balm is in no way harmful to the baby and does not alter the flavour of maternal milk. However for hygiene reasons it is recommended to wash the area pre and post feed.
Nappy rash
Gently massage a little balm onto the skin as often as required to soothe or prevent redness or soreness. The oil-based formula also repels water to protect against dampness
